Fully Equipped Pilates Studio in Northamptonshire
I am currently teaching my Pilates classes just outside the village of Sulgrave in Northamptonshire.
My Pilates studio is equipped with three reformers, 2 with towers, 3 spine correctors, and a chair, and I am happy to work with you on a 1:1 basis or in a class setting with two to three people.

All classes are 55 minutes long.
Group Reformer Classes cost £29.50/class payable in half termly blocks. I teach a maximum of three people in a group class so you can be reassured that the class will be tailored to your specific needs.
If you cannot make a class one week, I operate a Class Swap system, whereby you can swap into a vacancy on another day until the end of that term.
Private 1:1 sessions daytime: £62 (Daytime 07:30-17:00)
Private 1:1 sessions evenings: £88 (18:00-20:00)
Duets 1:2 (private session for two people): £44/per person
